As far as I can tell, the company's presence on the Internet is close to zero: its website is no longer functional, and its LinkedIn profile is void of information having just one follower. It's very likely that Spreadsheet Innovations Ltd no longer exists, so trying to contact support might be a waste of time.
However, the only bit of information I could find was the physical address, which according to Google Maps is still registered as the Spreadsheet Innovations Ltd headquarters: 1 Lawford Road London, NW5 2LH United Kingdom.
